Thorpe Farm Centre Car Boot Returns

A number of charities are set to benefit as Thorpe Farm Centre’s monthly Car Boot Sales return from March.

Held on the last Sunday of each month from March through to October, the Car Boot Sales have become increasingly popular with free pitches for anyone wishing to sell.  On arrival, shoppers are asked to pay a £1 charity donation and each month donations are given to a charity nominated by a member of Thorpe Farm Centre staff.

Harvey Barkes, of Thorpe Farm Centre, commented: “Our monthly Car Boot Sales are building in reputation with sellers coming from all around the area.  They have become an opportunity for us to give a little back, and to make a difference to a charity chosen by a different member of our staff each month.  Last year over £640 was raised and eight charities benefitted.  Of course, this year we’re hoping that our Car Boots continue to grow their reach, that we have more sellers and more shoppers, and that we can raise even more money for charities.”

The first Car Boot Sale of 2026 will be held from 9am on Sunday 29th March.  Pre-booking is not required, but sellers and shoppers who wish can pre-book via the Thorpe Farm website, www.thorpefarm.co.uk.
