BREAKING: One person has died in the UK with Omicron COVID Variant

Boris Johnson has confirmed that one person has died from the Omicron variant of COVID-19.

The PM added the best thing anyone could do is get your booster jab.

He said people should "set aside" the idea that the new variant was a milder version of COVID-19.
